TRAVELPAINTINGS – IMPRESSIVE BUILDINGS IN THE WORLD

I have traveled a lot – privately and professionally… through Germany & Europe, in America, Asia & some Arabian countries… always with the camera in hand… always with great enthusiasm for interesting architecture.

When I was at school I used to paint with expressive oil paints … later on I built lamps based on my own design using the Tiffany technique. Here again, I was fascinated by the great colors of the hand-rolled glasses.

Then in 2019 the first pencil for the iPad: the many types of digital brushes – from pencil & ink to calligraphy, acrylic & oil to airbrush & textures – and all in an infinite variety of colors! That was the beginning of IMPRESSIVE BUILDINGS IN THE WORLD. I sketch them from my own photos, draw & paint the pictures as the mood takes me… digitally, with lots of pens & brushes in many colors.

A company was easily identified that perfectly prints the pictures behind acrylic glass … and my matching logo: the red airplane expressing my great passion for travelling.
I really enjoy the graphic representation of IMPRESSIVE BUILDINGS IN THE WORLD.
